EACH CLIENT BEGINS THEIR BAM FIT JOURNEY WITH OUR 4 STEP PROCESS

  1. ASSESS: Assess perfomance potential & risk for injury with a Movement Analysis.
  2. ACTIVATE: Muscular activation program focused on imbalanced underperforming muscle groups.
  3. STRENGTH: Strengthening underperforming muscle groups.
  4. MOVE: Proper movement patterns designed to improve performance & longevity.
