BAM (Balance and Movement) Fitness is the first training facility utilizing High speed Cameras & Biomechanical software to analyze youth athletes' biomechanics in order to maximize performance & reduce the risk of injury.
We will treat every client/athlete and family member like our own family. We will use the most up-to-date evidence based research in all our training programs to correct biomechanics, maximize performance, and reduce the risk of injury. We will build MORE EFFICIENT athletes!
The difference between a good athlete and a great athlete is the attention to small details. We believe the biomechanics are those small details that have been overlooked for too long.
