We utilize SIMI High Speed Cameras & Software to capture movements consistent with your sport (jumping, cutting, decelerating, & lateral movement) and analyze data.
Assesses performance potential & risk of injury. You will be taken through a series of tasks that assess balance, running symmetry, and muscle strength.
Assesses running mechanics to identify possible cause of injury or biomechanical tendencies that may result in future injury and to maximize running performance.
Assesses cycling mechanics to identify possible cause of injury or discomfort during cycling. Analysis will help determine if you are positioned properly on the bike to reduce risk of injury, improve comfort, & maximize performance.
Provides feedback using SIMI cameras to ensure athlete is ready for the demands of their sport. Training is one on one and focuses on improving strength, power, speed, and agility while decreasing the risk of injury.
